CROKER MIXER RP RANGE

There are three models in the Croker Rotating Pan Mixer Range, the RP50XD MK2, the popular RP100XD MK2 and the largest in the range the RP150XD MK2. The advanced design of the Croker Rotating Pan Mixer range incorporates twin drives with separate geared motor units powering the rotating pan and mixing star which together with the twin spring mounted mixing star blades and fixed scraper blade enables the mixers to produce the high quality mix for which they are renowed. The control panel is mounted at high level for ease of access and includes an integral DOL starter controlling both motors and 24volt controls for maximum safety. The large diameter 762mm (30)” handwheel reduces the effort required to raise the mixing star clear off the mixing pan at the end of the mixing cycle and the mixing pan is enclosed when the mixing star is lowered to protect the operator. Both the pan and star are fitted with sensors to isolate the mixer and offer further protection to the operator should the mixing star be lowered when the pan is not in position.

Able to handle a wide variety of aggregates, Croker pan mixers are ideal for refractory works, university laboratories, artificial and architectural stone makers and small batch concrete products.
